Perhaps if she is your friend it must have been something good there at one point in time. So talk about someone as if its not her and let her know how you dislike certain things be a little specific but not too deep. But let her know you will be her friend, but it needs to touch up. Give her a chance unless she is unbearable and will not change, then say bye or just dont call no more. Stay busy and move forward.

Just tell her, u don't have to be mean about it, just let her know that you don't think you two should hang out together as much, then wean it off from there. If she asks why, I tend to lean on the honest side, so choose your words carefully on that one.
Besides, if she's a true friend you don't have to stroke her ego either. I tell my friends if they r rude, ignorant, stupid, or just unbelievable, and the other way round. On the other hand, we also have the other's back when it comes down to it, so maybe you just need to pick better friends.

Aren't all friends annoying? If she's annoying to the point of "I can't take it anymore!" then you guys need to have a talk about it. If the issue is unresolvable then time for you two to separate. Just tell her the friendship won't work.

Well if she really drives you crazy and you are friends with her then talk to her privately and tell her she is driving you crazy. Not only that tell her how she is driving you crazy don't just leave her there thinking you totally hate her. Then I think you should give her a second chance to improve her faults. Also you should also think on how you first became friends with her and why you considered her your friend.

Easy ease of the calling, watch your caller ID and if it is her let it go to voice mail. And if she accidentally gets you play it short and sweet don't come off as a *****. Just come off as a person who is busy all the time, and you are moving in a diffrent direction than she is.

Just start hanging out with other friends and slowly back away from her. In time, you guys will lose touch and end up not hanging out with each other. Good luck.

Dont dump her it really mean, just tell her that she needs to change a little but you still want to be friends so she'll understand and try to stop it.
