Just about anything goes in Vegas! Whatever your comfortable in. But it is very HOT there so keep that in mind when choosing what to bring. As for the hooker thing well, thats your choice but you will not stand out as there are plenty of those down there! I personally find that women who were a bit more and cover themselves a little more are far sexier. Something about seeing something you like yet not all of it so it leaves a bit of "wonder" about the woman. You may attract more boys with the hooker outfit but if you want a real man add a bit more class and unknown desire to the mix.

Vegas is really no different than any other large city. I lived there and all they hype is bullsh*t. The "What stay's in Vegas" mentality is stupid. Just remember if you dress that way, guys will expect you to be putting out. And Vegas is a treasure trove of STD's. I worked in a casino on the strip and I watched the games nightly. There are guys who go with the same mentality, so keep that in mind. Wear what you are comfortable in or what you want to show off or cover up. Just remember all clubs have a strict dress code and they are enforced. Bouncers dont have to let everyone in, they can and do pick and choose.
The main thing is that it is going to be hot. So, dress accordingly and drink LOTS of water. Also take a really good lotion. Your skin will dry up the second your plane lands.
Enjoy Vegas...but dont give into the commercial hype. Just go and be yourself and have a good time.

Vegas is one place where you really don't have to worry about what you look like. There are people from all walks of life here.
That being said, there are a lot of women who I swear are hookers. You got to look at the shoes. The ones sold at Frederick's of Hollywood...they're either hookers or trying to play dress up.
Right now...just concentrate on staying cool...shorts/crops and a tank. Bring sunglasses, a hat and sunblock. No point in trying to look cute if you resemble a lobster.
There are some restaurants that frown on shorts and such, so check out web sites for dress codes...But pretty much anything will go in Vegas.

About the "hooker" stuff. That is actually illegal in Clark county (where Las Vegas is located) so stay away from "working girls"
inside the city.
It is legal everywhere in Nevada except Clark county and Washoe county (Reno).
You don't usually see the glamorous casino gowns and tuxedos either. Most people dress as they would on any vacation to a hot climate.
Jeans are fine.

Generally, ANYTHING goes. I won't even tell you what I've seen on some people. Anything from designer couture to tragedy! (We call the tragedies "no mirror, no friends".)
For day time, shorts or a skirt and top and sneakers are fine. Nighttime - wear whatever you'd wear to go to an upscale club. Again, anything goes.

i'm a chick and in my opinion, the best way to enjoy las vegas is to dress sluttier than you ever would back in your home city. remember, what happens in vegas stays in vegas!
plus, you know we all girls have that super skimpy sexy outfit inour closets that we've never had a reason to break out.

If you are going in the summer months, I would think of "comfort" first...it's HOT there! You can wear pretty much whatever you usually wear....I've seen everything form glitzy gowns...to shorts & t's.....to work clothes when I've visited....
Have fun!!

The best cloth to wear is cotton because it breathes. Avoid synthetic fibers.
