It's all about non verbal communication, make eye contact, get close to her, hold her while making a joke, take her arm while walking, smile, etc, see how she reacts, DO NOT be blunt about the attraction, don't ask her verbally if she likes you, believe me, you'll know.

More importantly, do you like her. I mean in THAT way? These situations can be uncomfortable because you're afraid to assume she does like and afraid to assume she doesn't.
Be patient. Treat her with respect. Be kind and a good friend to her. If she doesn't like you in THAT way now, she will eventually.

Well it could be that she likes you, that's why she's always flirting with you and asking if you like anybody yet. Maybe she's waiting for you to say that you like her..............

yes, she likes you but she's alittle shy to ask you herself, so her way of getting you to open up about if you really like her is by asking you who you like, she probaly knows you like her but she needs some confirmation about it....
