If I do, will he know I did? He doesn't work but does very strenuous activities around his apartment, like moving the huge trash bins around to clean around them. Constanly moving big, heavy boxes, etc.
I hate to hear of people who really deserve disability and can't get it but this guy can. It's not fair!!!

Yes you should report him. It's YOUR tax dollars paying him to sit on his butt and do nothing. HE will not know it was you but check this site for the correct info.

How well I know what you mean, but with all the different laws today you will have to have proof possitive to prove fraud or it can bounce back at you in nothing flat and he can sue you for defimation of character or worse. They will not accept only your word and if you take pictures or film of what he is doing they can possibly arrest you for stalking him. So be extra careful how you go about it. From what I see going on these days is that the criminals seem to have better protection then the innocent law abiding citizens do.
I would suggest that you talk to someone such as a States Attorney General to see what they suggest before filing any complaints.
Good Luck.

Well how do you know he's on disability benefit? and what if the diability benefit isn't anything to do with his physical ability? I think you need to think very carefully before you make any judgements. If you are 110% sure he's screwing the system - then go and report him. When you make the call, don't give your name - if you are female get a male friend to make the call for you.

well if you are sure its fraud. I am disabled, I lost one leg and I have a very serious case of heart failure. I can though, do alot for 10 minutes or so at a time. Then I have to rest for 30 minutes, but if you see me for 10 minutes you might conclude I am perfectly healthy.

Perhaps your neighbor has a disability that you cannot readily observe, such as an uncontrolled seizure disorder requiring medication, or perhaps a mental disease or disorder? Disability is not sleSys physical and visible -there are many permanently disabling conditions that can keep a person from working. Perhaps you should give him the benefit of the doubt.

Yes, report him. He is abusing a system that is set up to help people truly in need. If he is able to work he should do so, we should use the money for someone who really needs it. Like other people have said, you can report it anonymously, or have a trusted friend report it for you. Good Luck.

If you do not check a company before entering into a transaction, you could lose your money, time and credibility. Some widely used resources are the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and the national fraud center (www.fraud.org) these days, you can easily find out more about a company using the internet in a few minutes. From a company's website, you can details about its ownership, how old the company really is and feedback from the company's customers.

First off, if he has a computer...and that is your real photo, you're busted.

Second, you'd better make DAMN sure he's 'not' disabled.

He may have a disability that doesn't show physically.

He can be mentally disabled, too.

Make sure ....before you get your nose into something that you can't get it out of.

The question is, who would you report him to? Do you know where he gets his disability payments from? An insurance company? If so, which one? Social Security? If you know, you can call and report him. They will send someone to do surveillance on him, and your name won't come up. His case will then be reviewed thoroughly, and if he is abusing the system, it will be stopped.
