I just bought a pair of cheap slightly mirrored sunglasses and one side is darker than the other how can i change this?

Because of the mirrored coating, there isn't anything you can do. If they had normal lenses, many eyeglass places with 1 hour service can remove the lenses and dip them in a neutralizer, with removes some of the tint.

Return those sunglasses and buy a new pair!

go and buy another pair. pop out the lens and put then in the ones you have. don't be so cheap. good luck.
