If you dont think so how do you think they will do?

They'll win the championship !!! But only if Chad Henne, Mike Hart, Mario Manningham, Steve Breston and Kevin Grady all play defense too this year !!! HA HA HA

But seriously a championship is probably out the question considering the fact that Notre Dame, Ohio State, Michigan State, Penn State will all be to much for them this year. The Wolverines just haven't gotten any better on defense since the late 90's, and that's whats holding them back. Best case scenario is that they go 9-3 and go to the Capital One Bowl.

But if you ask me they'll be 8-4 and play in the Outback Bowl again. I think that after 12 seasons the pressure is starting to catch up to Lloyd Carr. It happens to be best of them sooner or later. Just look at coaches like Frank Beamer, Bobby Bowden, Philip Fulmer, Larry Coker, Mack Brown, Bob Stoops and Joe Paterno. They have all had consecutive down seasons or have been scrutinized at one time or another, or they are currently going through it right now. You have to hit the wall sometime, you can't avoid it forever. And you know what else, Pete Carroll's going to hit the wall here in the next 3 or 4 years and Jim Tressel ain't to far behind him !!!

Not only will they not win the National Championship, they won't even win the Big Ten. That honor will go to Ohio State (who should also be the favorite to win it all). Michigan will likely produce another good team, finishing 2nd in the Big Ten and playing in a decent bowl game.

If they can get to the Championship game, yes. But their schedule is too tough and their defense too spotty for them to be able to do something like that. Against the high powered offences of Notre Dame and Ohio State they wil falter, but will almost definetly beat everyone else. Winsconsin and Northwestern are jokes, Minnesota lost their Messiah (Maroney), and Penn State doesnt' have a reliable quarterback. They will have a better year than last year, but not a National Championship year.

S2 Vanderbilt - easy win
S9 Central Michigan - shouldn't be playing them
S16 @Notre Dame - loss
S23 Wisconsin - win, because Wisconsin can't beat Michigan
S30 @Minnesota - loss
O7 Michigan State - Spartans will find a way to blow this one
O14 @Penn State - humiliating loss
O21 Iowa - win by the skin of their teeth
O28 Northwestern - win
N4 Ball State - Ball State? Ball f**king State? Spare me...
N11 @Indiana - Hoosiers are a bigger joke than Ball State
N18 @Ohio State - another humiliating loss

8-4 and another trip to Tampa or San Antonio

Michigan has the most talent in the country. To bad they have the worst coach in the country. If Michigan had a coach worth a damn they'd win the national title every single year.

I think due to bad coaching they'll go 10-3. However if the coaching staff does well they will win the national title.

And they won't have to cheat (Ohio State) to do it. Just imagine if they ran a dirty program like Ohio State.

Of course not! Get you head out of your a**! Everyone knows that Heisman winner Brady Quinn is going to lead the Notre Dame Fighting Irish all the way to the National Championship! GO IRISH!

Its available. selection no longer likely. If Michigan wins out and all the different communities above them have 2 or greater losses. i do no longer think of it is going to take place. yet I do think of that Michigan will win the huge 10.

You people are nuts. You're not giving UofM any credit at all. I can't wait till they whoop your a$$es. Ohio sports suck in general anyhow.....Lebron is good but you'll never get by the Pistons any time soon, Bengals are good but won't go anywhere and neither will the Browns. Your Hockey sucks, your baseball sucks. Our only bad team is the Lions and we'll see what happens to them this year......
