warn people around you i tell my mum and boyfriend and they give me space so we dont get into an argument when i'm irritable and jus take time out for yourself when u start to get stressed hope this helps

I try to keep to myself so I don't say or do anything that might upset others. Basically I just try to ride it out and remember that this, too, shall pass.

go to the gym and do a body combat class (punching and kicking the air) it will make you feel really good after wards

I drink chamomile or raspberry leaf tea. And I also do light yoga.

just don't talk to anyone..usually when ur pmsing then u say rude stuff and not even knowing it..or eat icecream so if ur sad then eat it and u'll feel much better..=)
