Jimi Hendrix.
Why?
This is the man who set his guitar on fire and played it with his teeth.....during the same song!
I love his music, and i'd love to see him play it live.....even just the once.

Out of the ones listed, I'd have to go with The Doors. I would want to experience the madness and artistry that was Jim Morrison, to see for myself the line he walked between the two.
However, you left Led Zepplin off your list and that would be my nomber one choice, without a shadow of a doubt. Page and Plant are good, but without Bonham, they lack the visceral presence their music had.

The Doors. Nothing compares to Jim Morrison. The music, the lyrics, the entire show would be so awesome!

Jimi Hendrix. I like his music. Plus the footage I have seen of him playing has been wonderful. It would have been great to see him in concert. I wish I could have seen Bon Scott singing for AC/DC also.
