I answered previously in another posting....wet your shirt and ring it out before you go to bed...like a t-shirt, sleep in front of a fan. Another person suggested turning off lights or using low watt bulbs. That does help...it really does. I keep the lights off most of the day on the weekends.

Drink lots of water, wear a sunhat. I like to carry a squirt bottle filled with cold water with us on hot days when we go out and about. The kids love to get mist on the back of their necks. It's very refreshing!
