He is on USC's historical teams, not on the default roster, but like everyone else said, he is in the NFL. The NCAA games have to have players that are currently out of the NCAA on the covers because if they had current players it would be a violation of certian rules regarding money players cannot receive while in college.

because he got drafted to the NFL. they use the rosters for the upcoming season and since he's in the NFL now, he's not on the USC roster, and isn't in NCAA 2007

hes in the NFL. because of the liscence for the use of player names and images EA are forced to used drafted players on the cover of the NCAA games.

He got got drafted (Saints, pick number 2 overall). That means he's already in the NFL. Besides at least he is on the cover of the game.
