mainly out of your pocketbook. Countries go into deep debt during war time. The money they use in war comes out of all sorts of funds, such as funding is cut from other organizations.

that would certainly look bad if they were affording the war by selling weapons to third world countries.... But they maybe... After all they did supply Iraq with their weapons.... (remember how they sold weapons to Iraq to fight against Iran)
Man the government is so shady...

properly, the U. S. is operating on a deficit as is, so the country don't have the money to pay for something like that excellent this second. Wait until eventually the disaster is over and reform the upward push the present device formerly you're making it more desirable. Obama is genuinely no longer waiting to do something on the dimensions of the NHS contained in the united kingdom in the time of his turn in workplace in spite of if he makes in basic terms the right judgements. except your keen to lose hyperpower status?

No it doesn't come from that.

We sell our currency on the global market. And China (amoung others) has been buying it. If they where to sell our currecny it would cause our economic problems for America. Thus it would be hard to implement some sort of out sourcing tax, ban, or whatever.
