DOES SAN FRANCISCO have good WAVES?

IM TRYING TO FIND A PLACE TO SURF IN THE BAY AREA OF CALIFORNIA. HELP!

People surf at:

Closer to San Francisco
1. Half Moon bay
2. Santa Cruz

And some places in between. Just read some wave reports on these two areas and determine which one you want.
