I want to do both but i cant. I exercise for a hour a day, but i cant diet because I'm black and addicted to meat.

EXERCISE. diets are just too difficult. I prefer 2 eat what i want and then burn off calories by [playing a few hours of DDR everyday.

both but if u want only one of them so it's diet , i tried them bot it was great i lose a lot of weight in a perfect time but this year i tried diet alone n it was perfect , also b4 this i tried exercice alone that wasn't really good , diet alone wasn't like diet n exerciece but as i told diet will be better than exercice without diet
i tried it , it works
but it also depends on ur body type so..GOOD LUCK .

eat what you want in moderation. exercise is healthy for you in more ways then one... and it does wonders for your sex life.

excercise. its good for u, you like it, and it help you lose weight and gain muscle at the same time.
dieting is risky business. you would be losing alot of the mutrients that you need to stay healthy
