please any one can help me ! i'm work accountant in the hospital . i'm see all days . . beautiful girl . she not from country . she just work here . . but my problem first day i see she . . i feel inside of my thing exotic !!!! and any day i see she and i feel electricity inside of me . lol i know this ??? just ??? please what can i do . and we have bad manager here No talking in the work with any one just only with the Patient and she nurse and im accountant !!!!!!!!!!!! what can i do with my biger problem !!!

Wait for her after she gets off work. Make sure to wear a disguise. Then follow her home to see where she lives. The next day leave her a note on her door with her name on it. In the note say that you have something she wants and give her a location to go. In that location make sure to leave lots of flowers with her name on it. Do this first, and she will be very curious. Remain her "secret" admirer and sit back and notice if she is any different at work (smiling more, in a good mood, etc).
If you are too scared to do this with her home, then just do it at work. Same way, with her staion, etc.
Finally when you are ready to tell her who you are have her meet you there, and tell her (in another bouquet of flowers or note) what you'll be wearing and that she will recognize you. Then just sit there and wait for her to show up. Always notice her reaction. If she looks scared then forget the whole thing.

Jump out of an upstairs window, then you'll be a patient and she can talk to you as she puts you ijnto traction.. Alternatively, push her out of an upstairs window, then she'll be a patient and you can talk to her when you present her with the bill. In either case have a convincing explanation ready and I think she's guaranteed to fall into your arms.

wait for her after work and tell her that you're working there and you remarked her so you'd like to be friends(just friends for the moment), get her phone number and just make conversation, then ask her out..and that's it
