I did and I agree. I am not on Israel's side at all. Bush has lied, and manipulated the American public. And all you hear is how the Israeli's are always the victims, but Americans never thought of how the Palestinians feel. They never thought of how of a terrorist act Israel's destroying the Palestinian electrical plant was. Now, there are homes, businesses, HOSPITALS, without electricity. People can't get water, food... Israel is not the victim, and it never was. It is the AGGRESSOR.

Israel has been the homeland of the Jewish people since Biblical times. Following the Holocaust, the land was officially designated as a Jewish state. It was a barren area with little going for it. The wandering Arabs who had lived there had done nothing to develop it in any way. There was no oil on the land and it appeared to be impossible to make it habitable.
The Jewish settlers set about to make the land productive. They brought in modern methods of irrrigation and built universities, cities and thriving businesses. When the Arabs saw this, they wanted the land back. Israel tried in every way possbile to accommodate their neighbors but nothing satisfied them. Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East and the only ally the US has in the region. They are surrounded on all sides by terrorists.
Israel gave up large tracts of land and bulldozed their own settlements to give the Palestinians their own country. However, this did not satisfy the terrorists. Time and time again they have sent suicide bombers and missiles to kill innocent civilians. Israel even built a wall to try to keep terrorists out, but the raids kept coming and they were on constant terror alert. Now Hamas and Hezbollah, two of the terrorists groups, have kidnapped Isaeli soldiers. Israel has had enough. They are now doing what the US should be doing - destroying the headquarters of the terrorists. These are the same terrorists that attacked us on 9-11 and have attacked Britain, India and other countries.

If we had leadership in our country that could be trusted I would feel better about any opinion I might have. I do have one but will keep it to myself at this time. I have friends from that part of the world. After the lie on Weapons Of Mass Destruction we need to keep our noses out of other peoples business unless asked to help. Who gave the USA the right to go around telling other people how they should live and that they needed democracy. This is very hypocritical since our country is becoming a police state. Sorry about getting on my soap-box. I agree Palestinians are very much human as are the Israels.

Now here is fine example of not knowing anything of your own topic.
1. They are hummans, the militants just act like animals.
2. Israel has more of a right to that area since the palestinians refused to organize into a country.
3. The western media IS ALL ABOUT your side of the conflict, they are firmly against Israel, which I why I totally ignore them.

I heard someone express the difference between Israel and the muslims wanting to kill them all today
If Hamas and Hezbollah were both completely disarmed right now today, the conflict would be over right now today
If Israel was disarmed, Hamas and Hezbollah would kill every Israeli they could find.

I listen, I just don't give a crap. If they would stop bombing Israelis, Israelis would stop bombing them. It is called SHARING and it is what ADULTS do. If they behave like animals, they get treated as such.
