It's about an inch smaller than the average adult..but YOUR ONLY 14!!!!! Give it some time bro...
But honestly, being large enough to wear a Magnum condom isn't all that either.
Most women will tell you that if you can make them laugh, be a kind and decent human, stimulate them orally (in all sense of the word) and keep yourself looking "decent"..
They can work with pretty much anything you got.

This reminds me of the old joke where a man with a small penis goes to visit a prostitute, and when he takes off his pants she's horrified and says, "Who are you gonna please with that tiny thing?" And the man says "Me!" and goes for it. Size doesn't matter to a real woman. It's about technique, really.
