Man, we had one in my neck of the woods in Virginia and it closed down in 1982.
It hurt more than if it were a family member; I loved those double jumbo jacks; hell, we'd go out at o'dark, thirty, anytime for 'em.
I wrote them letters wanting to know if they were going to open any more up in the area, and where the closest ones were. They haven't had nor do they plan to open any any in Virginia and kept sending a brochure listing where the they did have, were located: nothing near me.
Later in life they got tired of my letters and referred me to their website.
Finally, after twenty years, I got got rid of this cancerous growth (OK, it was my wife, we divorced), and to celebrate I took my daughter to Vegas. First thing I did upon checkin?? Yup, got the listing of the nearest JNTB and took a cab. I bought 25 buck worth of food, ate it for 3 days.
Hell I was satisfied, my daughter, wanted to see Blue Man Group.

Well, I guess you can't go wrong with a cheeseburger no matter where it came from...assuming you get those greasy fries with it and supersize it!
