Mostly Stairs as I like the extra exercise it gives me

(1)exercise
(2)faster most of the time cause i run up the stairs or down
(3)sometimes someone in front of you on the escalator is moving too slow so i take the stairs

Escalator. I have a lung problem so I tire very easily and get out of breath when I take the stairs.

stairs... I'm afraid of that first step onto an escalator. Plus the stairs are better exercise anyway.

Usualy the stairs unless I'm in a hurry and no one is on the escalator

escalator, but i walk up that as well it gets me there faster then walking up the stairs or just standing still on the escalator.
and you mean an escalator..... like moving stairs.... not an elavator.

Stairs. Escalators kind-of freak me out. I'm so busy trying to figure out how they work i usually forget to step off them when they reach the top.....with predictable results.

stairs...they're faster than the escalator (if the escalator is empty, i'd take it and walk upo the steps, but if it has people standing, i'd take the stairs like usual)

I take the escalator because I'm still a little kid about things like that, I like to play on it :)
