How much? Billions of dollars. If you mean "how long", then it will be in the year 2034.

its gonna be longer than that... two decades is not enough to prepare everything in NASA for the trip to Mars... just a few days ago space shuttle Discovery just landed without an injury and it had traveled 2.2 million miles in space (basically when it was orbiting earth...) so mars is quite farther than that it will take 8 months to go .... 10 months to stay so we can get the right time to take off... thats how long the astronauts will stay and another 8 months to come back... long way...and NASA has to figure out a way to escape mars gravity without takeing a fuel tank and rocket boosters lol... they have to figure out something... and i've heard that there working another another space shuttle its better looking than the one right know i cant remember the picture or where i saw it...but its better.. but really NASA has to think how keep all that in there the oxygen, water, food, fuel, and other stuff... that space shuttle might be to small for that.....to carry all that...it has to be longer than that..... 2 decades might not be enough to prepare by then... they also have to pick the crew and give them some years of training... if you didnt know astronauts have one year of training just to go into space... now for mars i dont know about that....its more than that probably 3-6 decades

Yep, just about.
On the other hand, if mister Putin in Russia desides to invest more oil money for space programs, and particularily to ones that as a result will add russia´s mars terratory , US goverment starts feeling jellous, and speeds up the pace a bit. Something like in the 60`s.

Your question didn't grammatically make sense. Assuming you mean "How many years until men travel to Mars," then I'd say... a very long time, seeing as the government doesn't care about any sort of space travel right now or technological progress of that sort. Yeah, pessimistic, but...

If NASA gets its wish your prediction might be true. However, congress has not provided any funding to meet that goal. Personally, I think it will be 30 to 50 years before it happens...and then only if the Chinese get serious about sending people to the moon. We won't go to Mars (send people) for the scientific gain, it will be purely political...and only another space race like we had for the moon will generate that kind of pressure.

Interesting question, but I don't see why thins is so important. It's 80 below zero, there's no atmosphere to speak of, and there's virtually no water. What would you hope to find up there?
Going to Mars, like going to the moon, is a huge waste of tax dollars.

Indeed, with the prospect now of a race between the USA and China, I hope we do get to Mars rather sooner than we would have otherwise...

Now that NASA has taken the initiative with the success of the
Discovery and the Chinese have established their own space program at ten times the U.S. budget,I would give it ten years.
