I seriously doubt it. If pigs could talk, I probably would want to know who was ready to die or their last and final requests before being eaten, but I don't think I'd stop eating pork. Now others might feel differently, but not me.
I don't kill the pork I eat and I don't think that would change either though. I think if it were more a question about pigs talking and I was a butcher, I'd feel differently. Interesting question. LOL

If they could talk they would have the mentality of a three or four year old....Once I realized they were as intelligent as my young nephew I couldn't touch another piece of pork. I no longer have any meat, because you CAN have a "pet" type of relationship with a livestock animal....they are curious, loving animals that deserve our respect and compassion.

I do not eat pig but if it started to talk I just might consider eating them.

Personally, if pigs could talk, I would specifically find a pig and get to know it/him/her before bleeding it dry.
