I'm suffering from a little bit of jet lag at the moment yet, and I still nap in the evening until about 16.00 or 18.00, but I slept for about 5 hours last night if you exclude my hour nap in the evening. I don't need much more sleep than that. I have become so accustomed to that amount of sleep ever since I started university studies.

Besides, it's difficult to fit all of my journeys to McDonald's if I sleep any longer than that. The day is simply not long enough!

I surely have a downside with sleep. It escapes me everynight. Like now.. its 11:40. i'd might want to be in mattress.. I may favor to upward push up at 6am. i have fallen into this poor pattern. i'm getting position of living from artwork round 5.. and each nighttime.. I finally end up falling asleep round 6 or 7 and that i will sleep till eventually ten or later.. then even as i arise.. of route i'm now no longer wiped out.. so i'm up all nighttime time.. then even as i ultimately DO get to sleep, I most advantageous sleep some hours and my alarm is going off.. I DRAG myself away from mattress... spend all day at artwork exhausted.. and get position of living and bypass to sleep once extra considering the indisputable fact that i'm so wiped out. I hate it. The end.

I have a problem with sleep. It escapes me everynight. Like now.. its 11:40. I should be in bed.. I have to get up at 6am. I've fallen into this horrible pattern. I get home from work around 5.. and EVERY NIGHT.. I end up falling asleep around 6 or 7 and I'll sleep until ten or later.. then when I wake up.. OBVIOUSLY I'm not tired.. so I'm up all night.. then when I finally DO get to sleep, I only sleep a few hours and my alarm goes off.. I DRAG myself out of bed... spend all day at work exhausted.. and get home and fall asleep again because I'm so tired.

I hate it.

The end.

2 freakin' hours! It was thundering and lighting up here in Jersey and I had to shut EVERYTHING off! That made me go to bed a little too early. When I woke up the first time, it was 1:30. The second time, 4 a.m. The third, at the time I get up, at 6 a.m.
That f@cking sucks!
