My father is legally blind but he would like to do internet and he needs his letters/images enlarged. I would like to sign him up for yahoo but I need to know first if this can be done.

Get the new IE7... (FREE)

It has a zoom button on the bottom that will enlarge to your heart's content!

going to View ==> Text Size ==> Largest will only enlarge the Text. To get text and images larger would be a good idea to change the resolution. Plus it will be easier for him to read everything else.

You could change the resolution to a smaller one...

Right click on my Desktop ==> Properties

On the Settings Tab there is a section called Screen Resolution...
Move the slider to the left and then click ok. 800 X 600 Should be ok.

and then click OK
