He does not have any stress because basically his attitude is 'I don't give a sh't'. He is probably a little worn from having to think up lies and maybe a little stressed because WE the people and the rest of the world caught a glimpse of the real Bush.

Dont think he has been drinking too much, I think just being president has aged him. Just think, of all the bad things that have happened. Stress is what is making him look rough.
