Not easily, under any circumstance. It wasn't explained, but there may be a need for some counseling, even if it's with another close friend who you feel comfortable talking with about your emotions right now. You need time to just sort out your thoughts so you can go on with the positive memories of this person, and know that things happen for the better when it comes to God's will.

Sweetheart really the only thing that you can do is really take it one day at a time. Surround yourself with positive friends, and loved ones. Allow them to help you through this difficult time. You also must allow yourself to grieve, when necessary. If your grief becomes unbearable, please seek counseling. Always know that your friend is gone but the beautiful memories that you have will be with you forever, hold on to them. Please don't mope around the house, the sooner you get back out, the easier it'll be for you. God Bless You.Good luck.

That's a tough one. And a very individual process. For me- it helped to remember them. To remember who & how they were; what they believed in, & what they stood for in my life & others. Putting those thoughts down on paper helped. -And sending that paper to someone who was also grieving over the loss of that person (even if you didn't happen to know him or her very well). Sharing a loss can lighten the load alittle... Remembering what they ment to US- is what we can carry forward to celebrate their lives- & that they still on live in us...

sweetie, it depends on how you lost your friend because that can make all the difference. your reaction and how to cope or deal will be vastly different if the friendship ended (and they are still alive) versus if you lost your best friend through death.

ONE SAD DAY AT A TIME, AND TRUST ME, IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME, BUT EVENTUALLY YOU WILL PUT HER MEMORY IN YOUR HEART WHERE IT BELONGS.
