I like Meryl Streep a lot too as an actress, but I don't particularly
like any film she has ever been in.

any actor who can entertain an audience for that long

John Cusack in High Fidelity. Cusack plays a record store owner, Rob Gordon, who's business is floundering, along with his love life. It's amazing how music has invaded his life. I just love it when he goes off on his long riffs of dialogue in movies and High Fidelity is no let down.
Honestly, I love just about every movie John Cusack has been in. That said, High Fidelity feels like the most real movie.

Will Smith is very under-rated. Yes he is a FINE speciman. But he can actually act as well. Again, in comedy or suspense.
