you gotta slide one cheek off the side of the chair
and let it just seep out
or talk really loud and then poot.
or when you got the runs its really a challenge

Instinctive you cant learn i mean it just happens some people probably farted coming out of the womb

Yes it's instinctive. It's just one of those things that your body does as it digests your food, albeit sometimes at the least opportune time. Unless of course you a little boy between the ages of say 5 and up to around 17 or so. Some of them seem to have perfected passing gas to its noisiest, smelliest level possible.

Babies fart, so I'd go with instinctive.
Controlling your farts so you don't let loose in an inappropriate situation is learned behavior. Unfortunately, some folks never learn.

Instinctive. You can control it to a degree, but it is going to happen whether you want it to or not.
