if you get a blister, you'll want to relieve your pain, keep the blister from enlarging, and avoid infection. Signs of infection include pus draining from the blister, very red or warm skin around the blister, and red streaks leading away from the blister. Small, intact blisters that don't cause discomfort usually need no treatment. The best protection against infection is a blister's own skin. Larger or painful blisters that are intact should be drained without removing the roof. First clean the blister with rubbing alcohol or antibiotic soap and water. Then heat a straight pin or safety pin over a flame until the pin glows red, and allow it to cool before puncturing a small hole at the edge of the blister. Drain the fluid with gentle pressure, then apply an antibiotic ointment such as bacitracin with polymyxin B (double antibiotic ointment) or bacitracin alone. Avoid ointments that contain neomycin because they are more likely to cause an allergic reaction. Finally, cover the blister with a bandage. Change the dressing daily.

Feet hurt because they are taking all the weight of the body. If your shoes are too narrow or short , hurting is inevitable. If you can't take them back to the shop or whatever, try wetting sheets of newspaper then stuffing your shoes with them (toecap too) Let the newspaper dry in its own time, and that will stretch the shoes without damaging them. (takes about a couple of daysfor the paper to dry out. It works very well even on fashion shoes.
Wear as soon as the newspaper paper is completely dry. From the point of view of blisters you should wear a pair of trainers for a few days and let them die down so by the time you get into the shoes again your tootsies will be back to normal.

First, I would use seaweed baths in the morning and evening. Also peppermint.
Then have your feet measured by an expert even if it means going to a shoe maker in Mayfair. You would at least know your correct fitting.
Your shoes cannot be fitting you if you develop blisters. Best to throw them away and for the moment wear flip flops which are not only very fashionable but let the feet breath.

When you can at work, take your shoes off and let the air get to feet, which will stop the blisters. Wear trainers to and from work. Padded plasters help as well.

Where are the blisters?
If they're on the back of your heel try bandaids for extra cushion!
If the bandaids don't stay on try applying a gauze pad or cotton ball taped with J&J water/sweatproof tape.
(Johnson&Johnson)
If the problem is on the bottom of your feet ie.. the balls of your feet, try the same thing with taping dont try the bandaids they'll slip off. Or ever consider inserts from doctor shcolls they add extra comfort whether you need them or not. Hope u feel better

Try soaking your feet in epsom salt, then rub some A&D ointment on them and cover them with cotton socks overnight. This should help to heal the sore spots. In the meantime, try to wear some casual shoes like soft sandals or flipflops and try not to walk alot of miles until they heal. Good luck and hope you feel better!

rtkame,

If you really must wear shoes, I would try using a good bandage. Put gauze over the blister(s) and then wrap snuggly with tape. I'll can't suggest you drain the blister - that would be a medical procedure and you might not know how to do it correctly.
