Not much....get a carburated engine and bore the jets to around .050 to .080 That's about all you need to do. Maybe put in an electric fuel pump that won't melt. They are cheap though...around 30 bucks. Make sure it's a cheapy and won't push over 10psi. Good luck.

My truck is designed to run on it, and it performs better than gasoline. (except for a 2mpg drop in fuel mileage) This winter I am planning to convert a 1979 mustang to ethanol. The cost will be fairly small since it is not fuel injected.

not to sure about that but be ready to fill your tank up every day
your gas mileage is gonna go downhill
