I agree with most answers on the diet factor. Before shying away from middle eastern people becuase of the different in smell, consider how you might smell to a person of another culture. I think that white people smell similar to a wet animals/pets after they get wet, that doesn't mean that I hate to be around them or treat them any different. I just sort of chuckle to myself, knowing that these odd nuances are a part of what make us different. And before somebody goes there, I'm sure that black people smell different to you. LOL

Why do you care about how other people smell?

Do you smell like a field of jasmine all the time or something? Grow up.

I presume you live in an Asian community.
We are all the same under our skin-don't make him differ between races

its the diet. the spices get 'soaked' into the skin, and when the body sweats, out comes the smell. Take a french person who eats garlic like sweets, and you will see.

Apparently, white western people smell strange to asian people too. I guess we just can't smell our own odours caused by the types of food we eat.

Some though not all do not wash as often and wear funny aftershaves to mask it. Also their food spices come out through the old sweat. . . . . . anyone for a curry?
