I've always hear that you should get at least 8 hours of sleep but for me If I sleep 8 I seem more tired. I found that I either have to sleep 6 hours or 10 hours for me to feel awake and refreshed.

That depends on your age. Teenagers and young adults are actually supposed to get 10 hours a night. But in general 8 hours a night. And babies can sleep up to 16 hours a day!

I think a healthy dose is about 8 hours for an adult, but some people survive with less and i'll think you'd find them somewhat grouchy most of the time!

in general eight hours but it depends on how much rapid eye movement and deep sleep they are the most important sleeps so you need a mostly undisturbed night

It should be at least 8hrs. However, if your body is used to sleeping more hours, your body will automatically believe it needs more. You'll need extra hours of sleep if you're pregnant.
