Im looking for my mother's death record for free. every web site i come to u have to have a credit card or check. i have neither and would love to find it. i have her d.o.b. and her d.o.d. and every piece of information i need. i just cant get it free. and i really need it. for closure to myself.

You can try the Louisiana Office of Vital Statistics. It is based out of New Orleans, and I don't know if it was damaged by Hurricane Katrina. Good luck......
