I have had 2 kids that are 1 year and 12 days apart! I gained extra weight from that

I drink water all the time and I occassionally will drink soda and juices and sports drinks

As they said, diet and excercise. Personally, I recommend excercising tapes (since they are short and you have kids) if you are short on time. If you have more time, there are stepping games like Dance Dance Revolution that burn a lot of fat if you do them a lot.

If you want to lose it and keep it off the answer is common sense. Very few people want to hear it. A quick fix won't last. Eat lots of fresh fruits, vegetable, moderate amounts of meat and stay away from any white flour products, (yes, cake, cookies, donuts, bread, etc.etc.) and cut out sugar. Get as much exercise as you can manage, even it is just a walk every day, This will work. Oh, and drink lots of water. I have never dieted in my life (and have always been around 15 lb overweight) and I have lost 2 dress sizes in the past 3 months. Good Luck!!

SLEEP! It's one of the biggest ways to lose weight even though hardly anyone gets enough of it and that's why we tend to gain weight of course you stated you have two children guessing they keep you running around sleep deprived and malnurished. But whatever sleep schedule you have them on join them when they're napping you nap although it's only good for adults to nap for no more than 20 minutes each time but you get the jist of if and when they're in bed you too should be in bed. try getting more sleep with a better meal plan try slimfast it gives you a great boost of energy all the vitamins you don't get( still take your daily vitamin) Drink it twice a day Breakfast and Lunch and have dinner with the kids. Catch those ZZZZZZ's you'll be looking finer in October in no time! Good Luck God Bless

Pick a diet and stick with it until then. If you lose 2-3 lbs per week, which is on the high end of healthy, you can look totally different by the end of Octoiber. Also, add some strength training and cardio several days a week.

Eat right and exercise doesn't everyone say that but threes also these pills I know it sounds bad but just listen there called Stacker's I don't take them but my sister does shes been overweight all her life and they work wonders for her they are Diet and energy pills I really think if you try them you'll be pleased my sister looks great. You can buy them at your local drug store there over the counter If your serious about losing weight they can help you do it fast.

take LOTS of vitamins, vitamins give you the nutrition that sometimes your body craves and which can cause you to over eat becasue it is lacking in those nutriants, plus just get active, you dont need to exercise, just keep buzy and moving, as in do yard work, cleaning, washing the car, vaccuuming, wash windows...rugs...driveway.....ect....scrubbing anything, that burns fat and feels good at a job well done!
Oh and dont drink anything with calories in it, only take in calories from solid foods, liquid calories are a waste of time, they dont keep you full or make you not hungry....trust me I've been around the block a few times on this one!
that is why you see all these "bulk yourself up" adds for men to GAIN weight and it is a "Drink" that is advertised, as you can still eat with it and gain from it!

tape a picture of a skinny model inside your refridgerator and pantry cabinets. Hooray for motivation!!!

seriously though, make sure you don't over eat at meals (your stomache is only about the size of your hand!). and be sure to get some sort of exercize, even if it is only playing with your kids in the backyard.

Listen, do not hurry! Lose weight, but in a controlled way... no need to rush... In this cases is better to be constant than quick

Exercise, lots of vegetable, some fruit, some lean protein, little of everything else. Don't do anything extreme, you have two babies depending on you.
