definitely Crest Whitestrips. Even my dentist complimented me on how much they whitened my teeth! :)

A great inexpensive way to whiten teeth is by swishing hydrogen peroxide in your mouth for 10mins per day. It kills bacteria better than mouthwash, and it will whiten your teeth quickly! ! Won't hurt your gums or the enamel on your teeth.
