You can not just go by the weight and height numbers as everyone is unique. I am 5' 8" and when I was my so called ideal weight of 145 pounds everyone kept telling me I was too thin. The most important thing is to be healthy and fit. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so make sure to exercise.

How old are you. 160 is not what I would consider fat but a few extra pounds. Ideal weight for a 5.7 adult would be about 135, but I would not worry too much. And do not pay any attention to "weirdaustinkeep". He is just a conceded jerk. So is "richman". They are idiots.

It depends on what you consider fat. Overweight vs obese based on your BMI. I'm male 5' 9" and 160 with 7% body fat. My BMI is 23.6 Yours is 25.1 (Overweight but barely over the Normal range). Start exercising ASAP before you get heavier.

It is slightly overweight. I believe your ideal weight should be between 140 and 145 somewhere around that.
