without a question biggie is the best rapper to ever live tupac was good but he didnt live the life he rapped about like biggie did tupac even admitted that himself

I think Tupac is the best rapper who ever lived and died! He changed the face of hip-hop! Everyone wanted to be like him and everyone knew he was the one to beat if they wanted to be on top!!

The 5 best (or just my 5 favs.) are Public Enemy,Beastie Boys,N.W.A.,Run DMC,and Too Short. This was of course before rap somehow disappeared and hip hop showed up.

most rap just plain out sucks but tech-9 and immortal technique are good not to mention some jurassic-5 and bone-thugs-in-harmony
