my name leah vienneau im 46 my birthday is 1 of july 1960 i piade him 200.00 towards the divorce 2 years ago now. will i ever get divorced .

If he hasn't done this by now, he isn't going to. I imagine he took the money and used it for himself. If you want a divorce, do it yourself. Go and file. Have him served. It isn't that hard to do. Don't expect someone else to do something that you can do yourself. You are 46 years old. You should know this by now. It sounds like he doesn't want the divorce and just wants to hang on so he doesn't have to put out any money for anything. My ex was like that too. I just went ahead and paid for it, but put in the decree that he was to pay it back. He now has a judgment against him on his credit bec he didn't pay it!

HI Leah, hope you had a good birthday, I too wanted a divorce for years I went to a solicitor and it was hard, I had to write long essays about why I want to divorce him, I had to see other solicitors, hubby did not want to do anything, I gave up after getting decree Nisi mainly to keep our home for the children. My solicitor was more interested in getting paid and want me to sell my house so she can get her money, I will try again but got really depressed about the whole thing. i'm afraid it isn't going downhill any further it has hit all-time low.You landed once you persevered to be your husband's lover even besides the undeniable fact that you've been separated and he had a gf. btw you do not have a difficulty which include your husband's female friend you've a difficulty which include your husband. he's the guy who betrayed and humiliated you the only he promised to love. If it wasn't this lady it will be another. He had to carry close what she said to you, the most disrespectful aspect I have ever heard, so she had his permission. You need to seek a lawyer and draw the papers up yourself. Never leave a man in charge of anything, because it will never get done. You need to serve the divorce papers on him, then have him sign them and you are done.
