Yes it sounds great, in theory. However human nature being what it is, corruption will inevitably set in. When you have one political party and no choice, you also get people put in prison for speaking out against the government, you get curtailment of religious freedoms, the arts are not free ... the list goes on and on. I really don't think you would enjoy living under that system. Try reading George Orwell's 'Animal Farm'.

A part of the problem is that the West looked a totalitarian dictator such as Stalin and labelled in Communism to demonise it. I'm not suggesting Communism is an all round great ideology, but the West will of course demonise it all it can, the same way a totalitarian state will portray a complete democratic country as bad. I believe in truth, a Socialist state which is democratically controlled (i.e. democratically elected representatives) is better than a Capitalist free market.

It's your opinion, just don't force it on others. Communism does have its pros if practiced correctly, it's true it fails a lot of times due to corruption, I think North Korea is a semi example and also that you can be a doctor, and work and train just as hard, but only get the same benefits as a factory worker. It's never fair.
In my opinion, you don't learn anything if your told to do something and you're unable to be an individual. Communism is considered obsolete and I hope it stays that way.

You should go to an ex-communist country as Russia, Ukraine or Bulgaria to see what communism has made of people. you should be persecuted by the former KGB, sent into a concentration camp in Siberia, and then speak. you are either stupid or idiotic. oh, it's the same thing? so are communism and fascism, two sides of the same coin!

Communism in just as suseptable to corruption as any other form of government. The problem is that humans don't like being bossed around, they don't like sharing, and they don't like ti when someone else reaps the benefit of their labor. Communism doesn't work because people are emotion beings instead of robots.

Ha, like that will ever happen, good in ideal theory, but never realistic in human nature

honestly, most people who react with shock don't actually know what it really means. although, to be fair, the same thing can be said about a lot of people who claim to be communists.
