Is it true that moth's actually eat clothing and fabrics? What would the holes look like? And how would you get rid of them?

The larvae eat clothing. Listed a link that shows pictures of the holes. It also tell you how to control them. Hope that it helps.

Moths do eat fabric. They look like little worn away stitches in the fabric. Eventually they become holes or get bigger if the fabric is left unprotected in moth territory for a long time. LOL Mothballs keep them away.

Hi, yes it is true, the holes look very small, just in wierd place anything depends on the way you fold them or where you kept them.
To get rid of them you first clean up the area where you keep your cloths. maybe wash all of them so they stay fresh...
and you need to by moth balls or also known as Napthalene Balls.

Yes some of them do....

It will look like raggedy edges to the holes.

Look for some kind of a preservative for the closet..

yes, they just look like a hole, mothballs seem to work, just not to many because they smell like an old lady.

yeah it's true and they are hard to get rid of, use a LOT of cedar.
