How can you tell who has visited you blog page?

It shows you the number of people, but how can you tell WHO????

You usually can't tell who unless they actually say so in their comments. However, you can possibly see their IP addresses and general locations by putting trackers on your blog, such as those available here:
www.sitemeter.com
Often, nice trackers cost money, but you can get some for free at certain sites. Even with this information, though, you can't get exact information unless you call government officials for a good reason or become a professional.
