On the screen that you'd like to magnify, press and hold the CTRL key down and rotate the wheel on you mouse. It'll make it smaller, larger, whatever you'd like it to be.

on the view menu, select text size, select largest size. Also, if you reduce the screen resolution it will increase text size.
Also you can right click on your desktop, and select settings, then click on the advanced settings button, then change the dpi setting to large or a custom larger size.

You can easily press and hold the ctrl button and scroll up using the scroll wheel in the middle of the mouse.
