im hosting a baby shower...and i need some ideas for what games we can play... any ideas of websites that can help or any games that you persionally liked playing???? thanks alot

you can play the one where you ask your guests to bring baby pictures and put them up and your guests can guess whos baby pics is whos, also one of my fav is the one where you melt different kind of candies and then put them in diaper , kinda resembling baby poo and they guess what kind of candy is it..
or the one where you have baby onesis and your guests decorated the onesis with fabric paint and at the end you can pick the best one ..and give a prize to the person who decorated it, the good thing about this one is that you can keep all the onesis thar was decorated as a keepsake, you can also ask everyone that made a shirt to sign their name at the bottom of the onesis so that when your child wears it you can tell her or him of that special person who came to the baby shower and made it for him or her...

I like the game where everybody gets a diaper pin or some other small object associated with babies when they come through the door. It should be something you can fasten to your clothes so people can see that you still have it. Then, if you hear someone say the word "baby" (or whatever forbidden word you choose, it should be something that is hard not to say at a baby shower), you get to steal their pin. The person with the most pins at the end of the shower wins.

My friends gave a shower for my honorary niece, she was pregnant with twins. They bought a tablet that had the game printed on each page, all they had to do was tear it off, and hand it out with a pencil. I liked the one that gave the line of the nursery song, and we had to guess which one it was. She got them at the local party supply store, I gather the price was right.
She makes jewelry, and had made bracelets, strung on elastic and made up of leftover beads, as prizes and favors, She had at least one in every color. Inexpensive, thrifty, everybody liked them, and appreciated the trouble she had gone to. She had found some small candles in glass jars, same thing, she had a variety to choose from.

You can do the toilet paper game. Where they each rip off the size of toilet paper they think will go around the mom's belly.
Get a few jars of baby food and take the labels off and number them. Then have everyone try to figure out what they are.

Unscrambling words.
Diaper pins - five everyone 5 pins hooked together and on their shirt. Everytime someone says 'baby' the person who catches them can take their pin. At the end of the night whoever has the most pins gets a prize.

www.babycenter.com has good ones. My personal fav, and I played this at my shower, is the dirty diaper game. You buy some different candy bars and melt them in baby diapers, so they look like, well you know. Then people have to guess which diaper has which kind of candy. Snickers looks particularly gross, and Twix doesn't work very well. It is really funny if you have that kind of crowd!!!
