i would say alexander the great. even though back then it was not gay to sleep with other men. It was the younger men would have an older male to help them learn and their way of thinking was that of sex was not bad. and then those younger men when they turned older took on a younger man. Alex did not he had his boyfriend/lover ( can no think of the name) about the same age and he was defiant with the fact of not having different ages. and he kicked the known worlds butt back then. all by the age of 24. that is why he is my gay hero

Rob Halfrod (the lead singer of the band Judas Priest [old heavy metal band from the 70's and 80's]). he is an example that not all homosexuals have a lisp, loose wrists, and so on. although he does wear a hell of a lot of leather, but he also wears bullets and chains with them too and is rightfully called the God of Metal. :)
either way, he's my gay hero.

Reverend Fred Phelps of the West Boro Baptist Church in Topeka Ks. (he's the one who picketed Mathew Shepard's funeral)

I have seen him out picketing funerals. I have seen him picketing other churches, businesses and state capitols. He evokes such anger in all of us that we can find one common ground.

He show so many that they many not live a gay lifestyle, but this man is wrong to hate so many people. He shows people that gay men and women are people too and have rights. That no matter what God hates no one.
