but what if you are talking about the cousin that im related to from the other side of the family and not to my grandmother? (example: lets say this is my dad's mom...well what if the cousin in this riddle is from my mom's side?).... then wouldnt my aunt be the favorite?

If in ur riddle u mean YOU,brother,sister,or cousin,then it could mean one of my siblings coz if u take the riddle literally,it could also mean the brother,sister or cousin of the GRANDMOTHER. As it's not me,it has to be my sibling.
If in ur riddle u mean YOUR brother,sister,or cousin,then of course it means me.
