I was told that there is a free service that if you provide your property address they can tell you what the value of your property is based on current appraisals of property in the same area. If this is true does anyone have the website address where I can obtain this information.

Zillow is probably the best one. But you could also use realtor.com

zillow and other websites like it will give you info based on loan and tax assessment data. Their estimates will have nothing whatsoever to do with current market conditions.
If you really want to know, you will need a appraisal.
