What should he do?

Ex and I broke up and our friends. We lived together and from June - July his two daughters lived with us(visiting). He just told me that their mother put a freeze on all his bank accounts and possibly suspended his license again through child support. My question is how can he prove the children were ith him for past two months. He and children will be moving back to home state tomorrow.

Find witnesses that can tell he was there with them. His kids can tell them that they were together. Any that can be used as evidence to support they were together ; Pictures, letters, witnesses or phone records. Sorry I can't help alot. I wish the best to you.
