Since I can't download Ares and Limewire for some reason, can anyone tell me which other file sharing program is best for downloading music and videos, though I'm not even sure if there might be other known p2p file sharing programs out there better than Limewire and Ares.
Can You help me?

There are a number of p2p file sharing programs: Kazza, eDonkey, Bearshare, and quite a few more that don't come to mind. My personal reccomendation would be Kazza because it's the only 1 I've used

use one of the above to download copy of limewire and then use that .......LOL

you can try Kazaa ... is like limewire ... you can get movies ... video and music ... is pretty good

Try one called Bearshare. I hear it's pretty good.
