I'm pretty sure the first letter has to be S. R and T don't make any sense when looking at the choices for second letters. I also think the third letter would have to be O because with the choices for the first two letters it wouldnt make sense having 3 letters that aren't vowels in a row. Other than that I have no idea.

No. If the last two lines were switched, you could spell "smoked". As it stands, to be pronouncable, the first letter has to be "s", the second can be any of the options offered. Again, to be pronouncable, the third has to be "o". If the 5th is as offered, then the 4th has to be "i", again, to be pronouncable. That leaves us with possible words:
sloibe, sloice, sloide
smoibe, smoice, smoide
snoibe, snoice, snoide
And none of these are english words.
