Ozone may create positive and negative ions in the process of decomposing back to O2, but I'm not sure. If so, the conductivity could be quite high due to the presence of such charge carriers.

I don't know of any good data on this. Ozone is unstable and doing experiments to elicit data of this sort would not be easy. I have no reason to believe that it would be materially different from that of other gases.
