You have to create a Yahoo 360 account first. Upload it there, then check 'use Yahoo 360 picture' in your Yahoo Answers profile.

activate your 360 then
Sign in then click on ID
then public view of my profile
then click on MY PAGE at the top
then click on Edit Personal Photo
then find the picture you want click on SET as PRIMARY
then click on save

Go to the import picture page and browse from your own pics.

you have to get 360,
go to edit photos save some(pics) to your computer.
Put them on your 360 photo section and choose which ever you like.
I think they will give you 4 pics to select

I think you have to have one on your computer from a digital camera or by scanning it, but after that, I'm not sure.
