For a successful small business the very first step is to find a creative and talented solution provider or a company. Never go for tailor made packages what they say like get your website at $49 or anything like that. They will make you cry. I had burnt my fingers.
Ebay on the other hand is like too much populated and it is good for auctions but not for small business.

Step 3. Spend some $$ in getting top 10 rankings in major search engines.
